Looking for a Competitive team, to grind FACEIT and try to go ESEA Leagues then LAN

Hello, my name is Lucian but on games my name is Kyckz.
I am an 18 year old (since a few days) with a big desire and motivation to find a team in order to go up in FACEIT level to do ESEA leagues and then really do LANs.
Hours of play: 1900 hours of play
FACEIT level: 7 Max and 4 now since I gradually resumed solo.
ESEA level: B
Front team: I played with 2 level 10s including one who had already done LANs, a level 7 and a level 5, the level was pretty good I think sometimes the teams opposite were 80% level 9-8, and always teams, I had access to several praccs that I was able to do, so I know what is at stake.
What I'm looking for is above all a stable team,someone who has the patience to teach me the knowledge of the game little by little and take the time with me to analyze my mistakes and explain them to me (I learn quickly normally it shouldn't take a lot of time but it takes patience I think).
PS: I'm French, but I speak English very well I think, so I could really try to get into a Roster that has english as the main language, it wouldn't bother me.

I'm looking for a Competitive Team, that is already in place, with a Roster and they are just waiting for the last player. I want to start imediately, and start the grind to become better.
My goal is to go really fast to ESEA LEAGUES in order to make a name for my teammates, the Team, and especially for me.
I really want a solid team, in order to be competitive right away, and practice really as much as we can, time goes fast, and I don't want to wait no more.
PS: I'm french, but I speak very good english, so a roster when the main language is French will not bother me at all.
